Directions
- Swish 2x a day for 30 seconds with 20mL (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls)

In pain from
Left me with sores and cuts for weeks
I don’t know what in gods name is in this, but this mouthwash left me with the worst pain and issues I have ever experienced. After using it per the directions for a few days, I woke up with my mouth covered in canker sores, the inside of my lips missing a layer of skin, and deep cuts under my tongue. The first time it happened, I didn’t think to make the connection to this mouthwash but I stopped using it to let my mouth heal. The day after I used it again for the first time, the same thing happened. That’s when I got in touch with my dentist who said this is known to happen with listerine products and to stop using them immediately! How is this even legal?! From what I gather, the only positive reviews from their mouthwashes are collected based on a paid promotion. Please for the sake of your mouth do not buy this stuff!!!!

Never cared much about what type of mouthwash I used until I tried this one - best freshness, flavor, dental office said I was doing a great job after using this. Please keep this on your essential product list!

Might as well gargle with JD
Aside from the alcohol content, the bottle is impossible to open. Obviously, they never qual checked this with 75 year old arthritic hands.

Same as regular Listerine
What's the difference? They both contain the same ingredients, including thymol. Looking at the back, every Listerine product I have checked has the same active ingredients. This feels like a weird scam.

Why alcohol
Listerine Gum Therspy has 21% alcohol and yet alcohol in mouth wash has been shown to dry out the mouth and reduce one’s natural saliva and its ability to maintain a healthy environment for good bacteria. I bought this product hoping it might help with receding gums but after reading the ingredient closely I won’t risk using it.
