Directions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older:
- Use mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or a doctor.

Just a mouthwash, funky blue color and sweet bubblegum taste. Good if you or your kid are sensitive to strong mint, alcohol taste or hydrogen peroxide because it doesn't have any of that. Love the cup design. The only thing that confuses me is why the packaging says it's 'alcohol-free' while the first ingredient is benzyl alcohol

The product fulfills what it promises, at least if you have a feeling of cleanliness and freshness after use. Even having a value a little above the competitors, I always end up opting for Listerine for the refreshing power it leaves in the mouth after brushing.
