Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
- Children under 12 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Best mouthwash ever, absolutely gets rid of bad breath smell and leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean. If you are a smoker it will help as well or if you’ve had a crazy night drinking either way it gets the job done.

Endure the Sting it’s worth it!
I’ve been using Listerine dental mouth wash for years and I have stuck behind it faithfully. You may ask “Why would you use that? It burns the heck out of my mouth!” Okay this is true yet the pain is worth all the benefits this brand of mouthwash has to offer. I also like that it has an alcohol-free option now which doesn’t burn as much. Not too shabby
I only started using this mouthwash because my dentist recommended it to me. It doesn’t make my gums sore or burn which is nice but it makes my teeth feel sticky and I don’t like that.
