Directions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older:
- Use mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or a doctor.

My kids use this. It’s not spicy lol. I like it because it doesn’t burn when you swish around. Helps breath stay fresh! Will buy again you get a lot of bang for your buck

LISTERINE SMART RINSE -great cavity fighting mouth wash for kids .
I bought this product for my kid, and sometimes I used it with him too , my son loves it and no complaints when brushing his teeth . It taste bubble gum smell,flavor of mint last day and keeps us breath fresh and clean, it’s very effective at keeping cavities away without the burning sensation , also great for sensitive teeth , and specially it does have alcohol. Great price for the size and how many uses . I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Okay even though it is for kids I use and love it. Retail price 4.99 great value for sure. Not to mention the bubble cotton candy flavor somewhat. Which is cool leaves me feeling fresh.

Loved it
Just the perfect mouth wash dosent burn all that much but did its exact job made my mouth made my gums feel super clean but I say again without the burning sensations
