- Rated 2 out of 5 by Brina from GO BACK TO THE OLDER, BETTER QUALITY When Reach invented this product, it was wonderful! The floss was stronger. It was also waxed, for easy access (as the name implies) between tight teeth. Now that Listerine owns this product, the wand is still good and makes flossing in hard to reach areas easier, but the FLOSS itself IS AWFUL. It breaks far too easily now, which wastes product and my money. When the product breaks and frays, it becomes very skinny, which hurts and feels like it's slicing my gums. My teeth and gums are in excellent condition. PLEASE, I beg of you, GO BACK TO THE BETTER QUALITY OF FLOSS and please make the unflavored version of this product - not everyone likes the flavor or chemicals of Listerine. I will recommend you when/if you change the quality for the better.

I used to really love this product because it helped me floss my back teeth that are really tight; however, of late they either break or the string isn’t taut enough to work properly. I’m 2 weeks into a new pack and so far maybe one of them was taut. All the rest have been garbage.

I was really excited about the product and the idea of this flosser and refills. Kinda disappointed with it though. Maybe it was just the refill pack I got I'm not sure. But some of them broke on me.. I might buy another pack not sure but if I do hopefully they are better.

  Rated 1 out of 5 by SunLover from Substandard Product - Poor Quality My wife and I have been using these flossers for many years and recently the quality of this product has been steadily declining. We just received an order of 12 packages with some broken open in shipping compromising the cleanliness. What is worse is that it is highly evident that the flossing string is very loose on most heads and it's doubtful these will last through one complete flossing. On top of the sub-standard product, the online seller disallows returns, so effectively we've wasted our money. Given that we're seniors on fixed incomes, this is highly disappointing and annoying and it's obvious we need to research alternate products.

  Rated 2 out of 5 by Robert R from Love the handle. Hate the flosser replacement tips My new dentist recommended the product. I have a permanent bridge and also use threaders. The handle makes it so easy to get to the hard to reach areas but the THICKNESS OF IT IS SO THIN, that I end up breaking 1 or 2 tips with each cleaning. I am going back to GUM comfort slides, at least they really clean between my teeth. PLEASE READ THIS , AND THINK ABOUT REDESIGNING THE STRING ON YOUR FLOSSERS. If you notice, it has the LOWEST RATING of all your flossing products.

  Rated 1 out of 5 by Mjdmmik from Made very CHEAP I believe Reach used to make these. Now all I can find are the Listerine ones. At first, these were great. Now the string part is breaking after a 1 time use. In fact, it took 3 for 1 flossing a couple nights ago. Would not recommend this product!!

  Rated 2 out of 5 by Texasgal from Good idea but weak floss I bought the flosser & refills and yes the floss broke frequently however that disnt bother me as much as not being able to disassemble the plastic floss holder and replace with a new one. I am a senior citizen and dont have alot of strength in my fingers and hands. Is there an easier method? Or video?
