Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Great mouthwash
I use this mouthwash twice a day and I love the way it makes my mouth feels. I buy this one every time and I would recommend this to anyone to use on a regular basis.

Does the job
Sometimes the mouthwash that I use are a little too powerful makes my eyes watery, and this one does the same but it makes me think that it’s actually working. My mouth feels a lot more refreshed, and my breath smells cleaner and feels cleaner.

I use the listerine mouth antiseptic
I leaves a nice clean and fresh feeling after each use.
I use after each teeth brushing. This helps guard against bad breath as well.
Also keeps kill bacteria.

Must have in your routine!
For me, this Listerine mouthwash is a little spicy and minty. I couldn't stand for 30 seconds of it, only 20s max. But this mouthwash brings you a fresh breath and kills plaque bacteria. Good for your teeth and gum. Must have in your routine.

Best mouthwash !
Love the taste of this and makes my mouth feel so refreshed afterwards! It helps stinky breath and I love that the color is so pretty! Not sure what ingredients are inside tho

Great
Listerine is pretty much a staple in our house. I prefer the cool mint flavor but my husband prefers the brown. We use it after brushing our teeth before bed and after we brush teeth in the morning.
