Directions
- Rinse twice a day with 2/3 fluid ounce or 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.

If I wasn't picked to try this and was able to sample of my self. This is something I would of never bought my self because honestly to me aloe cucumber mouth wash sounds terrible to me. I seriously had to finally force my self to actually put this is my mouth which I did right over the sink totally thinking it was going to be my terrible reflex that was going to get the mouthwash out of my mouth but to my surprise that's not what had happened. Honestly this Aloe Cucumber Mouthwash is my favorite. The flavor is awesome and since its alcohol free there is no harsh burn, which is just about the top thing I look for so i know which ones to avoid or get. I would defiantly recommend to my family and friends. Another good thing people with all ages can use this mouth wash because it's so mild with zero burn. I've used a little over half the bottle and when I run out ill definitely be buying.

The refreshing flavor of the cool cucumber and the benefits of ingredients like aloe make thi s mouthwash a must have in my house. My family loves the taste and flavor of the mouthwash. I like that it keeps my mouth feeling and smelling fresh all day long. I would definitely recommend this mouthwash.
