Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Leaves my breath fresh and minty
Listerine cool mint antiseptic mouthwash leaves my breath fresh and clean. I swish with it every morning after brushing and it leaves my mouth tingly and minty. It is a bit strong, but it gets the job done. My dentist says my teeth are very clean, my gums are healthy, and my breath is fresh. The freshness is long lasting.

My favorite mouthwash I’ve used! I use it after every brush and it keeps my teeth and breath fresh. I love the cool mint flavor and the bottle fits perfectly on my bathroom vanity.
