Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Listerine is pretty much a staple in our house. I prefer the cool mint flavor but my husband prefers the brown. We use it after brushing our teeth before bed and after we brush teeth in the morning.

Will keep your teeth feeling fresh ALL DAY
I love the antiseptic properties however it did have an extremely strong minty taste which can be a bit shocking if your not used to it. It kept my mouth feeling fresh and clean all day and believe me a little goes a very long way. I love that you get alot of product for only a few dollars.

Favorite mint flavor, not extremely minty to where it burns. Since no burning sensation it's much easier to get longer uses. Leaves a fresh cooling feeling. It's not an all natural product so it is filled with a good bit of ingredients.
