Directions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older:
- Use mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or a doctor.

Refreshing sensation
The product fulfills what it promises, at least if you have a feeling of cleanliness and freshness after use. Even having a value a little above the competitors, I always end up opting for Listerine for the refreshing power it leaves in the mouth after brushing.

I got this for my son, and he's still trying it out, but so far the review is positive. He said the bubbles feel weird at first, but he for used to it quickly. Same effective formula and taste.

Made for Kids... Loved equally by adults!
Okay first off i want to state that this is made for kids but i was looking for a non-alcohol version that doesn't burn my mouth and came across this. I've always trusted and used the listerine brand which is why it was a no brainer. I've been having alot of teeth issues lately and it seems that the kids version have all the same ingredients. The use of acidulated fluoride (something many adult products don't do) is also more geared towards strengthening tooth enamel versus the conventional listerine. Thel taste of the cetylpyridinium chloride ( antiseptic in nearly all non-alchol oral rinses) comes through rather noticeably, which is certainly noticeable but definitely bearable. It's definitely a plus to get the added fruitiness which is actually pretty enjoyable. The other flavors aren't bad and do the same job ...if not better in my opinion than most mouth rinses. I definitely appreciate being able to get a fresh and clean mouth. It's very refreshing to not have my mouth overwhelmed by wintergreen which i had been accustomed to for so long. I definitely think you should give it a try and will always get great value for your money. I buy bottles that can last for 3 months and find it almost anywhere. Highly recommend
