Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
- Children under 12 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor

Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Tastes so much better than original
Growing up we always had the yellow listerine in the house. I couldn’t get past that taste. I was Leary to buy the brand but I know it’s the best so I gave this one a try. So much better!! My kids don’t complain about it either.

Effective!
Love Total Care — it works great, and isn’t too intense … my husband and I both use this every day morning and night. I think it also protects enamel, which is an added plus!

Favorite mouthwash
This mouthwash leaves my mouth feeling fresh and super clean. The ingredients have alcohol so there is a slight burn but I have always liked the burn. Packaging is solid and can survive being dropped.
