Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Best mouthwash!
I don’t use mouthwash every single day but when I do this stuff leaves my mouth feeling extra minty and fresh. I love it a lot and it lasts a long time.

Best product for your mouth.
Listerine is my staple. It cools enflamed gums. It leaves that clean and fresh feeling without leaving a weird aftertaste. I even keep a small travel sized bottle to use during work.

I’ve been using this for about five years now. I like to use it at least one time in a day it keeps my mouth, fresh and free, germs and bacteria. I normally get the refilled bottle and put it in my small travel, size or the bottles in the restrooms.

I have been using Listerine for as long as I can remember! The cool mint is refreshing, and leaves your breath fresh in your mouth feeling super clean. I personally go to the dentist every six months, haven’t had a cavity, and I owe it in part to using Listerine twice daily. .
