Directions
Adults 18 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 60 seconds with 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Do not use this product if you:
- Are under 18 years old
- Have a history of kidney stones, or kidney disease, have difficulty absorbing fats in foods (fat malabsorption syndrome), or take high doses of Vitamin C (1,000 mg or more per day)
- Are allergic to any of these ingredients
- Have any other sources of pain in the mouth such as tooth decay.
- If tooth pain/sensitivity still persists after 4 weeks of use or worsens at any point, please visit your dentist.

LIFE SAVER!
This absolutely saved my life. My teeth are so absolutely sensitive to everything and I noticed a HUGE difference in about 1 1/2-2 weeks. It may not work for some but it definitely worked for me. I would never write a review if I didn’t 100% mean it.

Great for Sensitivity, but good for killing germs?
So even after only using this for 2 days I have noticed an improvement on my sensitivity. What I'm curious about is whether this works like other Listerine products to also kill germs? I love this so far to help my sensitive teeth, but I also want to be sure that this mouthwash is also an actual mouthwash that kills germs to keep my gums healthy. If not, I'd have to add another mouthwash to kill the germs and that seems silly to me. If this product does kill germs to fight gingivitis, then you need to advertise that along with the sensitivity relief.

My sensitive teeth were hurting . . .
. . . until I tried Sensitivity. After a dental cleaning, my dentist gave me a small bottle. I tried it and could not stop using it. Before Sensitivity, I tried other Listerine products and other sensitive teeth products, but from my first bottle, Sensitivity was just what I needed. About two months ago, many stores in my area had stopped selling it. I started going from store to buying all the bottles left on the shelves. I gathered over thirty bottles of various sizes. Sensitivity works better than all the others.

Increased sensitivity!
This actually made my teeth more sensitive and caused pain. I used this for about 3 days and by the last day, my teeth HURT. I do not recommend. :(

Tooth pain relief

Wow! Almost instant relief.
I have used the Listerine Total zero alcohol for years. Due to coronavirus, I haven’t been able to leave my house so I’ve been using a grocery delivery service. I had my usual Listerine on my list, but the shopper bought this instead. I didn’t even know the product existed! I’ve had cold/hot sensitivity issues on one side of my mouth for a year now, and it’s gotten worse. Now I’m painful with acidic foods (even fruit and juice is painful) and sweets, too. I used the mouthwash for the first time about 2 weeks ago. The taste is all right. But I noticed a difference the very next day with how my teeth felt when I was eating breakfast. Wow! I’ve used Sensitivity toothpastes and haven’t gotten much relief, so I wasn’t expecting this! It really, actually works! By the third day I had nearly no sensitivity issues at all. I’m cured! I rarely write reviews but I’m so pleased with this product I had to do it.

Miracle Product
I have severe sensitivity due to enamel loss. Sensodine toothpaste helps somewhat, but when using Listerine Sensitivity makes the sensitivity go away. I thank God for this product.

Made teeth more sensitive
Started to use this product to help with sensitivity. Like some other users I began to notice an increase in sensitivity. It actually alarmed me the degree to which it increased. I stopped using it and am now doing better.

Great mouthwash

Horrible taste
This is the worst tasting product ever. I bought it because only one on the shelf with no alcohol. When my Cool Mint Zero ran out I used it and had to rinse my mouth out with water it tasted so bad!!! It’s going down the drain.

My teeth were beyond sensitive and impacting every second of my life. All food choices or ability to eat were affected. Listerine Sensitive gave me back a sense of normal. Great for Retainers
My 15 yr old daughter uses it to keep her retainer clean and fresh. Great that there is no dye to discolor the plastic and not too strong a taste for her to handle.

Works wonders but cant find it in stores anymore
I have been using this product for almost a year-and-a-half due to the financial hardship. I have not being able to go to the dentist for the sensitive teeth, bleeding gums, and I am a diabetic.
Now I cannot find this product anywhere in my local areas. None of the Walmarts have it anymore. PLEASE put it back in stores.

Terrifying Warning Label
Just on first use, my mouth felt pretty clean. There was a mild numbing sensation afterwards. It seemed like it was helping already, and might be worth using. Except for the extreme sour flavor! Sour with a mint after taste? YUCK! Also, the warnings were out of this world. Not for people with kidney problems/kidney stones, those taking high amounts of vitamin C, or those with fat malabsorption. In my brief research, the oxalates used in the mouthwash could contribute to kidney stones. As can high amounts of vitamin C, because your body excretes it as an oxalate through your urine. I'll take my tooth sensitivity over chancing a kidney stone. I did not experience any shredding in my cheeks or gums, but will not continue use to find out. Very disappointed on the placement of the warnings, and no further information provided on them.

Your search for relief...just ended
I used to use Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouthwash, and had multiple tooth ache tubes of various kinds . I was constantly in fear of the next attack of tooth pain. "Must kill germs" I was a Machine 9 AM 9 PM. And then one day the Peroxide found a nerve> It stood me to full attention!!
CVS store the very next morning "LISTERINE SENSITIVITY" say's they "Help me" I say in return...
If I may say you folks should make your label a SUPERMAN shirt!! Nothing more need be said from there!!

Awful! I'm actually scared for my future gum/ tooth health
I bought this to help with a minor discomfort. Tried it once, it helped for an hour or 2, but then I had terrible pain throughout my mouth. I thought my toothache was just that much worse but after seeing my dentist, that wasn't it. I've been having strange sensations and sensitivity ever since. (Off and on) Tried this mouth wash one more time, tonight, and I'm tempted to call a lawyer. My gums are inflamed, they are shedding and acting as if they are paper thin, I have drank over 2 liters of water and still have no saliva in my mouth, and all my teeth feel like they are loose and throbbing. What is in this stuff?! Why would you market something for people with sensitive teeth, that will make it worse, and keep it on the market with all the scary reviews I'm now discovering.

I don't think this is a good fit
Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I do understand different people have different reactions. Mine was very unpleasant. The taste is horrible.. almost like baking soda and it made my teeth feel incredibly dry and weird. I wouldn't reccomend personally. But it is a person to person thing. I just wish I hadn't bought an entire bottle.

I'm now able to brush with cool water thanks to listerine sensitive.
My teeth were so sensitive I couldn't even brush my teeth unless I rinsed with hot water. Since I've been using listerine sensitive I can now stand cool tap water.

Great at first, ended up with ulcers
This stuff was honestly really great at first. There’s an odd taste, but it didn’t burn at all when I first tried it. It was amazing, and it stopped the horrible nerve pain I was having from exposed dentin. I used it once a day instead of twice, and slowly it started to burn more and more every time. The inside of my lip started to turn raw, bumps were appearing, broken blood vessels, my lower lip burned all day every day.
I was so disappointed, I wish this was less caustic because I can’t use it anymore.

Was so excited...but hurts inside & outside
My teeth have been sensitive for the majority of my 22 years of being alive. The last year of chemo-related mucositis has made my teeth problem even worse. I was super excited for this mouthwash to help my ability to eat, but it hurts my mouth and tongue when I am actively swishing. I cannot even do it for 30 seconds, let alone the recommended minute. And it worries me so much that my face for the last week has felt super off and slightly hurts when I move my facial muscles, especially in the morning. I want to know why a mouthwash makes my face hurt.
Johnson & Johnson, can you please answer that question here on this post. I prefer not to spend my time on hold trying to talk to someone on the phone. Thanks.

is not working for me.
I bought this but it made me more sensitive. I told my dentist and he told me that more than probably I was using it with an anti sensitive teeth tooth paste, which seems to be the case. I do not know but Listerine has been changing quality a lot.

Like it- just want to be sure it works overall!
I began using this product at night before bed and I love it! I have slight tooth sensitivity, but my main problem is extreme dry mouth using mouth washes before bed, which causes white, stringy saliva and bad breath in the morning. This mouth wash does not leave me with stringy saliva or bad breath in the morning which I love! I just hope it's also effective in preventing gingivitis and helping with my enamel and not JUST tooth sensitivity, as I want to keep using this product for all of my mouth cleanliness needs!

Works could be better
Does seem to reduce tooth sensitivity about as much as the sensitive tooth toothpaste I use. So great product with reservations.
The taste could be drastically improved would be nice to see this in a citrus flavor. Mint is not for everyone.
Ingredient wise reformulate and kill the sorbitol, adding a sugar polyol as a sweetener does not work for everyone either.
Finally could be improved if there was a max strength formula with sodium fluoride.

Life changing

It works fast
I've had bad teeth for almost 2 year now and within one use it felt sooo much. I can barely open my miuth outside because the cold hurts so bad and now i can eat icecream but it did leave a weird coating on my teeth that makes them feel weird
