Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
- Children under 12 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor

Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Don't buy this product HORRIBLE
Please don't buy if you don't want to have a full mouth of dead skin! I used it twice and I start having weird white things. Later I realized it's my skin! I started getting a panic attack, till I found more reviews about this problem. A lot of people struggling with these problems as well.

Horrible astringency in my mouth
I just bought this one today because it was part of a buy one, get one offer. It was the first time trying as I've been using the other mild flavors such as green tea and mint. Upon using this one today, it left my moutj feeling awfully astringent as if biting into an unripened persimmon. I had to check the internet to see if there had been some sort of mistake and saw another commenter here with the same complaint. Exp 2023.05.12, lot 1N134G 14:33

Cleans entire mouth

Did Total Care?
I have used Total Care for a couple of months now (exp 10/2022) and I thought it was great but the lastest bottle I bought (exp 3/2023lot 1121LZ) is horrible. It left my mouth super dry and my teeth dual and dry like I ate caulk. This batch had less of a bite but it doesn’t make up for leaving your mouth and teeth dried out. It also has a much lighter color than the old bottle I had.

Keep my mouth Fresh and Clean

Never Again
I brought this two months ago from Walmart, and started using it. After a while (three weeks after) I notice my gums started to swell and then reced. Once I stopped use of the mouthwash the pain started getting better. My teeth are so sensitive now I can't eat certain foods. Never had a issue with listerine mouthwash, but this one I regret ever using. Had to discontinue use.

Fresh feeling mouth for longer, but slothing
I've been alternating this product with others trying to find the "perfect" mouthwash. While I strongly feel that my mouth feels fresher longer than any other product I've tried so far, it does cause skin slothing on the inside of my mouth unlike the other products. I need to check with my dentist to make sure this is ok. There's absolutely no pain associated with this slothing so I imagine it's not a huge issue, however it happens every single time I rinse. Because of the extended freshness and lack of burn when rinsing, I only took away one star because of the slothing.

Helped my dental appointment
I'd been using Total Care for about a year. At my last dental checkup, I once again confessed to not flossing regularly to my hygienist, and asked her how bad things were. "Actually, your teeth look really good. What have you been doing differently?" The only difference was my use of Listerine Total Care. So thank you for a product that actually works.

Mouth Feels Weird
I have been using Listerine all my life. I started using the Total Care Listerine Zero Alcohol yesterday and I was alarmed. At first the product was good. My mouth felt fresh and clean without the burning sensation. But about 30 minutes later, my mouth started to feel really dry and my gums felt like they had a weird film on them. As the day went on, I noticed that the skin inside my mouth was shedding. I also developed a bump on my gum that was not there until after the second rinse last night. I tried the mouthwash again this morning, and the dry mouth and chalky feeling returned. I will definitely be going back to another mouthwash. This one is definitely not for me.

YOUR MOUTH WILL PEEL
I started using this almost a week ago and every morning I wake up with a white stringy substance in my mouth. I'm not realizing that it's dead skin. My mouth is legit peeling. If you look at reviews (which I didn't before buying), it's the same issue across the board. I have no idea why this product is still in production. Don't buy it unless you want a mouthful of skin every morning.

Mouth Sloughing
Very common problem with this mouthwash is that in a great number of cases, people experience peeling skin on the inside of their cheeks and gums. And I am one of them. I have used quite a few brands of mouthwash before but this is the first time I have tried Listerine due to their being a deal on purchase. Despite the deal, I regret buying this mouthwash. It will give you a clean feeling and has a great, however 30-45 minutes later you will begin suffer the affects. It is annoying, it is gross, and I am unsure if dangerous in the long term. I will be returning my bottles and will never buy again. And to those who suggest using the version with alcohol, you shouldn't. The long term affects of using alcohol in a mouthwash is worse than the benefits. While it does kill germs rather effectively, it also dries out the mouth and slows saliva production. Both of these things help to increase bacteria grow and completely reverses what you tried to accomplish. You are better off using a mouthwash with CPC as an active ingredient.

Don't used
I bought this listerine and tried it for the first time yesterday, it burn my mouth and then the inside of my mouth started to peel and feel dry my lips feel dry and now it feels like I have a rash in my mouth never using this again.

Awful
Horrible horrible horrible. I used this once and immediately had a burning sensation followed by numbness and a dry, chalky feeling in my mouth. About half an hour later my mouth started to peel. It’s now afternoon the following day and I still can’t taste my food. We brought this back to the store ASAP.

Dangerous
It took me 6 weeks to figure out this mouthwash was making my skin itch from face to neck and down my arms. Lips blistered and would not heal. Used correctly in very small amounts. 2 days without it and skin is going back to normal and the itching has stopped.

Everything I want in 1 product

Awful
I started using this because my dentist recommended it. After using on and off for about two weeks it was burning from the start now my gums are in so much pain from this product and I am still waiting for them to start feeling healthy again.
