Directions
Rinse twice a day with 2/3 fluid ounce or 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
Children 6 to 11 years: Rinse with 10 mL for 30 seconds twice a day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Supervise children over 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Stop use and ask a dentist if oral irritation or any new symptoms develop.

This is the kind that my husband prefers and I must say it is pretty good. He really likes that it doesn’t have alcohol so you don’t get the burning sensation and the flavor is still nice. I don’t think it leaves my mouth as fresh as regular mouthwash but certainly better than just brushing.

Confusion with ingredients.
The website lists no active ingredients. The bottle lists 3, but on the website all 3 are listed as non-medical ingredients. No alcohol, no fluoride. What does it do?

Peeling mouth and gums after 2 uses
Bought this 4 days ago in an effort to improve my oral health. Quite the opposite occurred though when (to my shock and horror), after two uses the inside of my mouth, lips, and gums began to burn and peel. My lips have become very chapped and the corners of my mouth are cracked and bleeding as well. It’s quite uncomfortable for me to try to eat anything at all. When I narrowed it down to the mouth rinse and googled it, I was shocked to see that this has been happening to consumers for FOUR YEARS with no change to the formula!?! Seriously?!?

All the benefits without the burn!
