Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.
Do not swallow.

Effective and refreshing and leave your whole mouth feeling clean
I have been using Listerine for as long as I can remember! The cool mint is refreshing, and leaves your breath fresh in your mouth feeling super clean. I personally go to the dentist every six months, haven’t had a cavity, and I owe it in part to using Listerine twice daily. .

You can't go wrong with Listerine....it's a very well known, effective and trusted brand for all of your dental hygiene needs. It's very affordable and comes in all different sizes and flavors. My husband uses this and Cool Mint is a favorite in out home. I find this one to be a little bit spicy but fresh. It leaves a nice minty flavor in your mouth that lingers while keeping you fredg.

Perfect Refreshing Sensation
As soon as you take a swig and swish it around in your mouth, you'll notice the icy-cool sensation spread, quickly refreshing your breath. This minty fragrance lasts long after you finish rinsing.
Aside from its refreshing flavor, it is quite good at preventing bad breath and killing bacteria.
I wholeheartedly recommend Listerine Cool Mint Antiseptic Mouthwash to anyone looking for a refreshing solution.

Quality of product need to improve
Mouthfreshner it’s little too minty and strong so I recently change it because I wasn’t able to finish bottle till expire since it was too strong. Packaging was okay but no need to put more in packaging Bcz that create more expensive focus on quality of product.

Not good for sensitive teeth
I really like the cleanliness I feel after using listerine but it makes my mouth burn while using it. It also contains alcohol which is not actually a good ingredient if you have sensitive teeth or gums.
