Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night.
Do not swallow.
Warnings
Do not use in children under 12 years of age
Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Additional Information

- Store at room temperature.

I really enjoy using this mouth wash as I feel it gets out all the bacterias and gunk fromy mouth. The strong instense flavor of this is so powerful enough to really feel like this is working to get the mouth as clean as it needs to be. I enjoy using this mostly during the morning to feel refreshed for the day.
