Directions
Adults 18 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 60 seconds with 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.

Do not use this product if you:
- Are under 18 years old
- Have a history of kidney stones, or kidney disease, have difficulty absorbing fats in foods (fat malabsorption syndrome), or take high doses of Vitamin C (1,000 mg or more per day)
- Are allergic to any of these ingredients
- Have any other sources of pain in the mouth such as tooth decay.
- If tooth pain/sensitivity still persists after 4 weeks of use or worsens at any point, please visit your dentist.

Was so excited...but hurts inside & outside
My teeth have been sensitive for the majority of my 22 years of being alive. The last year of chemo-related mucositis has made my teeth problem even worse. I was super excited for this mouthwash to help my ability to eat, but it hurts my mouth and tongue when I am actively swishing. I cannot even do it for 30 seconds, let alone the recommended minute. And it worries me so much that my face for the last week has felt super off and slightly hurts when I move my facial muscles, especially in the morning. I want to know why a mouthwash makes my face hurt.
Johnson & Johnson, can you please answer that question here on this post. I prefer not to spend my time on hold trying to talk to someone on the phone. Thanks.

is not working for me.
I bought this but it made me more sensitive. I told my dentist and he told me that more than probably I was using it with an anti sensitive teeth tooth paste, which seems to be the case. I do not know but Listerine has been changing quality a lot.

Like it- just want to be sure it works overall!
I began using this product at night before bed and I love it! I have slight tooth sensitivity, but my main problem is extreme dry mouth using mouth washes before bed, which causes white, stringy saliva and bad breath in the morning. This mouth wash does not leave me with stringy saliva or bad breath in the morning which I love! I just hope it's also effective in preventing gingivitis and helping with my enamel and not JUST tooth sensitivity, as I want to keep using this product for all of my mouth cleanliness needs!

Works could be better
Does seem to reduce tooth sensitivity about as much as the sensitive tooth toothpaste I use. So great product with reservations.
The taste could be drastically improved would be nice to see this in a citrus flavor. Mint is not for everyone.
Ingredient wise reformulate and kill the sorbitol, adding a sugar polyol as a sweetener does not work for everyone either.
Finally could be improved if there was a max strength formula with sodium fluoride.

Life changing
I have tried all the sensitive teeth toothpastes for the last two years. It only got worse. After two weeks of using this product I have NO sensitivity. So glad I found this. Excellent results.

It works fast
I've had bad teeth for almost 2 year now and within one use it felt sooo much. I can barely open my miuth outside because the cold hurts so bad and now i can eat icecream but it did leave a weird coating on my teeth that makes them feel weird

Not the best
I purchased the product after having a deep cleaning to help reduce the sensitivity on my teeth. I’ve used it for 2 days as recommended by the bottle and it has given me an allergic reaction.I immediately stop. I now have swollen gum lines with white puss dots near my molars that are very painful. I am sensible to alcohol, so I also bought it because it says no alcohol. But unfortunately, it burns on my cheeks and I felt a chalky, non-smooth effect around my teeth, and it doesn’t feel pleasant. I totally wasted my money and I feel product was expensive.

Works! I just have an inquiry....
So I just got this a couple days ago & I really like it! It works great & in less amount of time then advertised! For me anyways, everyone's different. Here's my inquiry: I just got my tongue pierced & the "Zero Alcohol" followed by "pain relief" is undoubtedly the reason I grabbed to try (I do have sensitive teeth to boot which has noticeably been reduced), but after reading more [from the flap] I'm a little concerned that it will effect the healing of my newly pierced tongue.. I won't be tossing it as it definitely works for me, but should I chill for a bit until my tongue is healed or is it ok to continue use? It helps reduce tongue pain as well so I'm very eager to get some type of knowledge on this matter in a timely fashion. Ty!

Too Strong
I could barely keep this in my mouth for 60 seconds last night and ALL day today my tongue felt burnt. It also made my teeth feel soft, as though they'd had something acidic on them, if that makes sense.
It's been over 24 hours and this is still going on. I would never use this product again. Ever.

Excellent product for protecting sensitive teeth
Recently I started having a lot of sensitivity in one particular tooth, so much so that I feared that I needed a root canal. I made an appointment with my dentist and in the meantime purchased this product to rinse with until I could see the doc. To my amazement, all of the sensitivity in that tooth had completely disappeared within 48 hours. By time I visited the dentist and the X-ray confirmed that I didn't need the root canal, I was using the product 2x daily as directed and the tooth sensitivity had completely resolved. I'll keep this in stock in my house forever onward as I have never tried anything before that has worked this well as blocking tooth pain from cold and sweet.

This product has great features. It leaves my mouth with a super clean feel.I have always had sensitive teeth it is great it really works on sensitivity.First time I was able to use listerine and feel no pain just plain good and very gentle on my teeth.Makes my mouth feel nothing but clean and fresh!Thank You listerine great product great savings too !

Finally something that actually works.
My sensitivity was so bad that if the cold air hit my teeth it pained me. I was able to eat ice cream a few hours after using it for the second time. I sank my teeth into that ice cream scared as ever but I was fine...right after that, I purposely had some candy for further testing and I was fine...cold and sweet was my issues...I'm so Impressed ....I definitely recommend this product. Finally something that really works.

Left gums sore and red
I have used ADA approved Listerine for 20 years, and decided to try the new product. I have used it for three weeks twice a day, to end up with sore gums. Flossing began to become very painful, and I started to read the labels to see it’s not ADA approved, which means it’s basically a breath freshener. Luckily my husband doesn’t try new products so I used his Tried and true ADA approved Listerine and gums were instantly feeling better. I have wasted my money, because I purchased the product from Sams and must throw three bottles away. I am very dissatisfied with the sensitivity Listerine.

The worst tasting mouthwash ever
This mouthwash tastes like rubber, and leaves this horrible taste in your mouth after using it. Though my dentist recommended this product, I threw away the bottle and will not be buying it again.

Absolutely amazing!!!
After I got a crown for my upper molar, I thought I’d never be able to truly enjoy anything remotely hot or cold anymore. My dentist warned that this may happen, but I wasn’t prepared to give up so much freedom. I was in the store looking for sensodyne toothpaste, but came across this. I figured I’d give it a try. I had no idea it would work so well so fast! I instantly received comfort and a mild numbing that allowed me to eat some hot soup. Thank you so much for this product! It is truly life changing!

Great for Sensitivity
My dentist recommended to use sensodyne tooth paste and Listerine for sensitivity. I've had tooth/nerve pain from brushing too hard, and some exposed roots. I've used the mouthwash for a week, and so far it's helping to relieve some sensitivity. I'm hoping to see more results as I continue to use it.

Reviewing purple listerine
I have been using this product for years. Now all of a sudden I have fresh mint and cinnamintT. Both burn inside my mouth i can't remember EVER having this happen. Did you start these two recently? I would like to know if there is one that doesn't do this.

Amazing for sensitivity
I've had sensitivity for years, it got so bad recently I had my dentist put sealant on my teeth and they were still hurting. My sensitivity has always been so bad that's it's always been a nightmare to brush my teeth, and especially with cold air. Nothing has ever helped, but this mouthwash. As soon as I saw it on the self I was like well this probably won't work and I'm wasting my money. Well it wasn't well worth my money. And it's fluoride free, there was a similar version to this one years ago with fluoride in it. I'm allergic to fluoride so I am thrilled they changed the formula this one works even better. I unfortunately still can't eat really hot or cold foods. And some days I can go without brushing my teeth and not using the mouthwash and my teeth will still feel fine. Thank you so much listerine. If you could make it cheaper and in a bigger bottle that would be great. I see it's being carried everywhere now so it's so easy to find. I use this with Tom's Rapid Relief Sensitive toothpaste which is also fluoride free.

I never knew i had an adversion to mouthwash until i decided to try this bersion of Listerine. Great flavor and my mouth FEELS clean and mintyPERIOD. Not clean, minty, and burning. Glad i decided to try it.

I Hate it
I cannot keep inside my mouth for over 10 seconds it stings and its taste and texture is terrible. I have to rinse after it in order to get the taste out of mouth... overall it is a very bad experience mot refreshing as its supposed to be ...

Great Product
I had extreme sensitivity out of no where. I went to dentist and they could not find anything wrong with my tooth. Sent me to be seen by endodontist which could not find any issues either but recommended a root canal anyways! I bought this sensitive listerine and have been using for 2 weeks. I don't think I'll be getting a root canal since the sensitivity is almost gone!

It tastes weird and also burns my cheeks for some reason. It also leaves my teeth feeling super chalky, it’s gross. I really regret buying this stuff :/

I just got it and I Love it!!!
I went to see my dentist, he told me I had sensitivity on my tooth and needed to use sensodyne toothpaste and he gave me a sample of listerine sensitive. I just used it, it's a Refreshing feeling and immediately started working. Great minty flavor and not a burning sensation in my mouth.

Works awesomely!
This is such a great product I hope it will continue to be available forever. It works so well that I don't need to use special toothpaste anymore. It's great to know that by using this product, the sensitivity is being prevented, not just numbed. My grocery store no longer carries Listerine Sensitivity and I have to drive a couple of miles of my way to purchase it at a different store, but it works so incredibly well, I would gladly drive 50 miles or more!

kind of worried about using
I have used sensitivity for about a week now. I also use a sensitive tooth paste. I wondered if using both is a problem. Also, the sensitivity oral rinse is very harsh
feeling like it stings when I use it. I have a sensitive tooth that I fear is being damaged by using a harsh feeling mouthwash. I have decided to stop using it but cannot return it because it has been used. So how do I get a refund for this? It is very disapointing.
