Directions
Rinse twice a day with 2/3 fluid ounce or 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
Children 6 to 11 years: Rinse with 10 mL for 30 seconds twice a day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Supervise children over 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Stop use and ask a dentist if oral irritation or any new symptoms develop.

Great!!
Listening is the best mouthwash out their in my opinion. I love listening because I can always feel the difference in my mouth after using listening and my mouth always fefels really clean after using and eliminates any bad breath or morning breath you might have.

The only one I can use
This is the only mouthwash that I can swish around for any amount of time. I have always struggled with the minty burning sensation with other mouthwashes. I also prefer this mouthwash because it does seem to help my oral hygiene and breath- but the taste doesn’t linger forever and spoil my morning coffee.

I used to not use mouthwash until I came upon this one. My mouth would always burn and hurt after rinsing with mouth rinse but this one is gentle enough for me and haves my mouth a fresh feeling.

This is the kind that my husband prefers and I must say it is pretty good. He really likes that it doesn’t have alcohol so you don’t get the burning sensation and the flavor is still nice. I don’t think it leaves my mouth as fresh as regular mouthwash but certainly better than just brushing.

Confusion with ingredients.
The website lists no active ingredients. The bottle lists 3, but on the website all 3 are listed as non-medical ingredients. No alcohol, no fluoride. What does it do?
